We provide towels for your contrast therapy session: 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 floor towel, & cool lavender towel

Cold plunge only sessions receive 1 bath towel

Bring a water bottle

All saunas are in their own private room

Cold plunge pools are in adjacent area, so wearing a swim suit to plunge is required
