Yoga 2.46 40-Hour Yin Certificate at Studio Lotus Spring 2026
With so many options out there, why choose this Yin training? Simply put, Justina is wildly passionate about yin! After years of taking and teaching hot power vinyasa classes, she had an epiphany, sought out a yin class, and has been a believer ever since. Justina has practiced and taught yin consistently since 2020 for studios in New York, Colorado, Idaho Falls, and Boise, having logged well over 400 hours of yin teaching to date. In that time, she has been thrilled to witness the physical, mental, and energetic benefits of yin in her clients and is on a mission to share it with as many people as possible.
Justina is an E-RYT 200, RYT 500, and YACEP teacher. In addition to her vinyasa-based training, Justina holds the following Yin Yoga certifications: 50-hour Yin Yoga with Bernie Clark; 20-hour Yin Yoga The Functional Approach with Paul Grilley; 60-hour Yin Yoga with Evoke Energy Yoga; 20-hour Chinese Medicine for Yoga with Jennifer Raye; and 100–hour Yoga Nidra with Hilary Jackendoff. As a forever student, Justina has also practiced with and learned from teachers like Kiesha Battles (Kripalu) and Gabrielle Harris (author of The Language of Yin).
This 40-hour training course is designed to deliver a solid base of knowledge about exactly what yin yoga is, provide a firm grasp of the science behind it, and teach you how to teach it in a way that allows your students to derive maximum benefit for the mind, body, and soul.

What our 200 hour YTT Graduates are saying…

“The Studio Lotus’ YTT program is a true gift to yourself and if you are considering it, DO IT! I was extremely apprehensive about signing up, due to the time commitment and cost. After weekend one, I realized I had been concerned for no reason at all. Dan and Erika have created this program to fit into YOUR life, making it as flexible and attainable as possible. They are the best of the best and complement each other beautifully in guiding students through a 200-hour yoga teacher training. The program is not only designed to learn the fundamentals of yoga, it is truly a life-changing experience that I believe everyone would benefit from. You walk away not only being able to teach a yoga class, but you also leave with deep friendships within the community and a new approach to navigating life, relationships, and how you see the world. This experience is one I will remember for the rest of my life. I thank not only myself for taking the leap, but also Dan and Erika for leading such a rich and transformative program. I would sign up over and over again.” -Ashley

“I recently completed the Studio Lotus Yoga Teacher Training, and I cannot express how incredible the experience was. This training program truly deserves every one of its five stars! First and foremost, the instructors at Studio Lotus Yoga are exceptional. Their depth of knowledge, passion for yoga, and dedication to teaching shone through in every class. They created a supportive and nurturing environment that allowed us to explore and grow in our practice. Their guidance was invaluable, and I felt incredibly fortunate to learn from such skilled and experienced teachers. Something that truly stood out was the sense of community fostered within the training program. The fellow trainees quickly became like a family, supporting and encouraging one another throughout the journey. The group discussions, partner exercises, and group projects helped us bond and learn from each other’s unique perspectives. The friendships I formed during this training are truly special. The training not only focused on teaching us how to guide others but also on deepening our own practice and self-awareness. Through various workshops and reflective exercises, I gained a deeper understanding of myself, both physically and mentally. It was a transformative journey that extended far beyond the yoga mat. I would highly recommend this training program to anyone seeking to deepen their practice, expand their knowledge, and embark on the path of becoming a confident and skilled yoga teacher.” -Stephanie
